The Frozen Memberships - Current report surfaces any memberships currently frozen in the system. This report is useful for:

  • Populating a list of all memberships that are set to unfreeze at a specified date and the upcoming charge date.

  • Populating a list of all memberships set to unfreeze at a specified date and set to expire.

  • Checking to see who froze a customer's membership.

If you want to view past and future membership freezes, you'll want to view the Frozen Memberships - Details report.

Pulling up the Report

  1. Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Marketing > View from the Frozen Memberships - Current option.

  2. Specify the time frame from the date picker and apply any additional filters.

The report will populate all membership freezes within the date specified based on the Reactivation Date of the frozen memberships.

Understanding the Report

The Frozen Memberships Current report includes 16 data fields:

  1. Customer Name

  2. Customer Email

  3. Freeze Start Date: When the freeze was set to start.

  4. Freeze End Date: When the freeze is set to reactivate.

  5. Freeze End Time: Timestamps are based on the membership purchase location--the time zone of the purchase location is inherited for this report.

    1. This is dependent on how the membership was frozen. If the membership is frozen through a bulk membership freeze by Mariana Tek, the membership will reactivate at midnight (UTC) on the chosen reactivation date.

  6. Renewal Currency: You can filter the report by currency to surface all frozen membership history for the specified currency.

  7. Renewal Rate: Full rate of the membership, excluding any discounts.

  8. Renewals Remaining: The number of remaining renewals.

    1. If this field is empty, this membership is set to renew forever

    2. If this field surfaces a zero (0), this membership is set to expire on the expiration date.

    3. If this field surfaces a nonzero number (x), this membership is set to renew for x intervals.

  9. Next Charge or Expiration Date: The next charge or expiration date, determined by the previous column.

    1. If the Renewals Remaining is empty or a nonzero number, this date reflects their next charge date.

    2. If the Renewals Remaining is zero, this date reflects the expiration date.

  10. Membership Contract: Name of the contract.

  11. Purchase Location: Location of the purchased membership.

  12. Current Status: Current status of the membership.

    1. This report will only surface any memberships that are currently frozen.

  13. Configured By: Name of the employee who configured the membership freeze.

  14. Configured On Date: When the membership freeze was configured.

  15. Updated On Date: When the membership freeze was last updated, including extensions.

  16. Membership Instance ID: To differentiate when a customer has multiple memberships on their account.
