Insights Locations - For Enterprises

Information on the location shown for each report and how to change the displayed locations

The data presented in Insights is defaulted to display for all locations. However, you are able to select or deselect any number of locations for a report.

Simply click on the drop-down box labeled Locations and select or deselect the checkbox for the locations you wish to view.


FAQ's Regarding Locations:

Why are there different numbers of locations in the dropdown?

You may notice that different reports and dashboards have different location counts. This is because the list of locations for the report you’re looking at is derived from the actual data for that report. What this means is that if there is no data for a location, the location will not show up on the list for that report.

Why are you showing locations that are closed? Can I get rid of them?

We include all locations that have data for that given report. This is to allow for historical data to be shown; you would not have accurate metrics if we weren’t to include them. If you would like to filter the closed locations out of your report, however, you can open the dropdown for the locations, and simply uncheck the locations that you don’t wish to view.
