The PEG Boards - Insights is broken out into three main categories that we call PEG boards. They stand for Performance, Exposure and Growth. Each of these areas can be viewed as a dashboard with a high-level overview or more detailed reports.
Performance - these are metrics displaying sales for the designated time frame. Reports included here:
Total Sales Summary -- All sales by location for the selected filters.
Credit Sales Summary -- All sales by location where the Product Type = “Credits” for the selected filters.
Membership Sales Summary -- All sales by location where the Product Type = “Memberships” for the selected filters.
Services vs. Products -- All sales by location, broken down into Services and Products for the selected filters.
Services defined as Product Type is “Credits”, “Memberships”, “Custom” or anything with “Fees” in the title.
Products defined as anything not in the Services definition
Exposure - these are metrics displaying revenue at risk. Reports included here:
Expiring Memberships -- All Memberships that are expiring in the selected time period. Count is the number of memberships. Amount sums the Membership Renewal Rate for each instance.
Frozen Memberships -- All Memberships that are currently frozen. Note that this report does not have a date filter, as the data is only for currently frozen memberships.
Single Visit Clients -- Clients who have only visited once in the selected time frame. The idea here is to identify locations that might not be doing a good job of getting clients to visit often and/or convert prospects
No Next Visit -- Clients who visited in the selected time frame, but do not have a next class scheduled. The idea here is that clients who have next classes scheduled are more likely to continue being clients.
Growth - here we look at the leading indicators for growth within the business. This ranges from first visits to net new memberships. Reports included here:
Visit Summary -- A roll-up of Total Visits, First Visits, and First Visit Conversions.
Net New Memberships -- A comparison of New Memberships vs Canceled/Terminated Memberships
Membership Fee Forecast -- Expected future fees from Memberships.
