When is my data updated?

At this time, Insights does not update in real-time--the data shown is from the close of business the day prior. When viewing reports, it will not reflect any data from the current day.


It's the 1st of the month and my dashboard is not showing any data upon signing in. What's going on?

The filter on many reports defaults to Month To Date. Because the system pulls data for the close of business the day prior, the dashboard will look empty as there is no Month to Date data to report on at the first of the month.

Simply change the date range to the month prior, and the data will show!


Why are there different numbers of locations in the dropdown?

You may notice that different reports and dashboards have different location counts.

This is because the list of locations for the report you’re looking at is derived from the actual data for that report. This means that if there is no data for a location for that report, the location will not show up on the list for that report.


Why are you showing locations that are closed? Can I get rid of them?

We include all locations that have data for a given report. This is to allow historical data to be shown--you would not have accurate metrics if we weren’t to include them.

If you would like to filter the closed locations out of your report, however, you can open the dropdown for the locations, and simply uncheck the locations that you don’t wish to include.


Is Insights mobile-friendly?

At this time, the application is optimized to be viewed via a computer screen. Reports may not be fully shown or may be hard to read while viewing on a mobile device.
