This report is useful for:

  • Viewing the total number of classes a customer has taken within the specified date range.

  • Viewing the top customers with the most check-ins within the specified date range.

  • Viewing unique visits.

  • Viewing how often customers are returning to specific instructors' classes.

  • Creating marketing campaigns to target specific customers (i.e. X amount of classes in X amount of time).

Pulling up the Report

  1. Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Marketing > Customer Frequency > View.

  2. Specify the date range from the date picker.

  3. Apply any additional filters.

Understanding the Report

The Customer Frequency report includes 6 data fields:

  1. Customer ID: Customer's unique ID generated by the system.

  2. Customer Full Name: Customer's name.

  3. Customer Email: Customer's email.

  4. Location: Location of check-ins.

    • Check-ins for different locations will populate in separate rows.

  5. Check-Ins: Number of check-ins within the selected date range for the location noted in column 4.

  6. Date of Last Class: Date of last class, regardless of the date range selected.
