The Utilization by Instructor by Location by Day report surfaces the utilization of each studio location by day.
This report is useful for:
Viewing the utilization for a specific location on a specific day
Identifying whether a workshop or event at a location increased utilization
Viewing the average attendance for a specific day at each location.
Pulling up the Report
Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Utilization > Utilization by Location by Day > View.
Specify the date range from the date picker.
Apply any additional filters.
If you only want to see the utilization for each day at a specific location, select the location from the drop-down menu of the "Location" filter.
Select Generate Report and, if necessary, export the data.
Understanding the Report
The Utilization by Instructor by Location by Day report:
Location
Date
Pending + Check-In: Number of pending reservations and check-ins for the day at the specified location.
Utilization: The percentage of check-ins/capacity for the day at the specified location.
Penalty Cancel + Penalty No Show: Number of penalty cancellations and penalty no-shows for the day at the specified location.
Reservations + Penalties: Number of reservations and penalties for the day at the specified location.
Utilization w/Penalties: The percentage of (the number of check-ins + penalty no shows + penalty cancels) / capacity for the day at the specified location.
Capacity: The sum of the location's class capacities for the day at the specified location.
Number of Classes: Number of classes for the day at the specified location.
Average Attendance: Average number of attendance for the day at the specified location.
