The Customer Conversion report surfaces details on whether a customer has converted at your business based on activity within a selected timeframe. A customer is converted when they have:

  • a first check-in. or

  • a full-price purchase of a credit package or membership, or

  • converted by completing both actions within the chosen date range.

This report is useful for:

  • Viewing customers who have taken classes but haven't paid for a credit package or membership at full price.

  • Viewing prospective customers with high chances of converting who've yet to take a class.

  • Completed their first check-in during the time frame

Pulling up the Report

  1. Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Marketing > Customer Conversion Report > View.

  2. Specify the date range from the date picker.

The report pulls in customers when either their first check-in or first full-price purchase of a credit or membership is in the date range selected.

Apply any additional filters.

Only customers who have visited locations the employee has access to will show.

Conversion Definitions

Conversion Funnel

A customer enters the conversion funnel when they

  1. complete their first check-in or

  2. when they complete a full-price (not discounted and not priced at $0) purchase of a class credit or membership.

Customer Conversion

A successful customer conversion is when a customer completes their first check-in AND the purchase of a full-price (non-discounted and not priced at $0) purchase of a class credit or membership. Note that both the check-in AND the purchase must occur in the specified date range in order to be considered True. If the date range is extended, the window to be considered “converted” will also be longer and potentially result in more conversions being reported.
