Search results under My Locations will show any customer that matches the entered search parameters in Find Customer who has interacted with the location(s) you have access to as defined by your turf.
An interaction is defined as having a previous purchase, a reservation with that location, or a pending reservation. If you are a First Time User, which means someone with no reservation history, the results will be determined by their selected home studio or the location of a pending first reservation.
All other results will be displayed beneath with a priority given to customers that have engaged with other locations in your account if you have access to more than one location.
Customers who have interacted with studios outside of your turfed locations can be found by toggling to "All Other Locations" as seen below.
