The Insights Customer Location report uses the ZIP or postal code to determine the geographic center point and calculates the distance to the customer’s home studio. The report is useful for:
Understanding true catchment areas and travel behavior
Identifying high-value customers traveling further
The report uses the address saved on the customer’s profile. If no profile address is available, it falls back to the billing address associated with the most recently saved card. The system then uses the ZIP or postal code to determine the geographic center point and calculates the distance to the customer’s home studio.
The report supports US, Canadian, and UK ZIP/postal codes.
Accessing the Dashboard
The Customer Location report is located in Insights > Business Growth > Customer Location Report. Filters include:
Profile Created Date
Last 7, 30, 60, or 90 days
Custom range
Locations
Has upcoming reservation?
Opted-in to Email Marketing: True/False
Opted-in to SMS Marketing: True/False
Has Signed Waiver(in Mariana Tek)
Understanding the Dashboard
The map will show the customer's location based on their zip code. The pins are color-coded by the number of check-ins. For multiple customers in the same zip code, it will display the average number of check-ins.
Gray=0
Yellow=1-9
Green= more than 10
The map only updates based on the following filters:
Profile Created Date
Locations
Has upcoming reservations?
The table will display the following and can be exported:
Customer ID
Creation Date
Full Name
Email
Phone
Date of Birth
Email Marketing Opt-in: True/False
