You can limit how many reservations a customer can have pending per day. The limit will be based on the 24-hour window of the current day and not a rolling 24-hour window.
This does not limit how many classes they can take a day, just how many reservations they can have pending. For example, a customer could have a pending reservation at 10 AM and then make another reservation once they checked into the 10 AM class.
Enable Daily Reservation Limit
If you’d like to enable, disable, or change your Daily Reservation Limit settings, log in as an Admin and go to Configuration > Locations > Edit Location by the needed location > Location Settings > Reservation Settings.
What Counts Toward the Limit
General and waitlist reservations count toward a customer's pending reservation allowance.
Guest reservations do not count toward a customer’s limit.
If a customer cancels or checks in, their reservation is returned to the pending allowance.
If a staff member manually adds a customer to a class, the system will override the reservation limit.
Location-Based Logic
Reservation limits apply per location and are not restricted to calendar days alone.
For example, if the limit is 1, a customer can book one class at Location A and one at Location B on the same day.
Multi-Location Brands
A brand-wide reservation limit can be set and inherited by all locations.
Each studio can customize its own limit, which will override the brand-wide setting.
Example:
Brand A sets a default limit of 2 reservations per day.
Studio X increases the limit to 3.
Studio Y changes it to 4.
Studio Z keeps the default limit of 2.
