Bundles allow you to group several products and pair them with a discount. When a customer clicks on the Bundle on your website or mobile app, multiple products are added to their cart, and a discount is automatically applied.
By encouraging larger purchases or combining specific memberships and credit packages, bundles serve as a strategic way to increase customer engagement and sales.
The most common use case for a Bundle would be Buy X, get Y Free. Other examples include Multi-Day Pass Bundles or Membership + Discounted Credit Packs, tailoring pricing combinations for customers.
Configure Products
To get started, create any membership contracts, credit packages, or products you want to offer in the Bundle.
Verify that all items, such as day passes, memberships, or credit packages, are correctly listed and ready for inclusion in the bundle.
One of the products will be the full price you want to charge for the bundle, and the other will be the amount that will be zeroed out using a discount. For example, this Bundle will include a Monthly Membership with a 7-day free membership.
Configure Discount
Next, you will need to create a discount for the Bundle. Ensure the discount is configured as follows:
Discount Type: Automatic Discount
Discount Value: Fixed Amount. In the example, the 7-day Free Membership has an original price of $25, so the discount needs to be $25.
Start/End Dates: Specify these dates for time-bound promotions to improve scheduling control.
Products: Select Products and in the "include specific products" filter type in the name of the products you are adding to the bundle. Make sure to add all of the products in the bundle.
It is recommended to use clear and descriptive names for bundles (e.g., "5-Pack 15% Off", "Membership + Credits Bundle") to convey value effectively to customers.
User Segment: This field must be set to Everyone for the bundle to work.
Discounted Orders Per customer: Set the number of times the customer can buy the Bundle. Most of the time, you will want to set this to 1.
Company-Wide Discounted Order Limit: No restriction unless you want to limit how many customers can buy. For example, you could do a pre-sale and the offer is only good for the first 100 people.
Configure Buy Page
Send the URL of the Discount and Products to Support or your Onboarding Specialist. Once Support/Onboarding has completed the back-end configuration, you can now add the Bundle to your Buy Page.
Go to Products > Buy Page > select your location Buy Page and add the Product to the appropriate section. If the Bundle has the same name as one of the Products, make sure to select the one labeled as a Promotion.
Save and update the Buy Page, and the Bundle will now be visible on your website and mobile app.
