Some countries require a Value-Added Tax (VAT) invoice to be provided for customer purchases. A VAT invoice is a specific type of invoice that’s issued when a sale is subject to sales tax.

The United States does NOT require a VAT invoice.

To view and send a customer their VAT invoice, pull up the customer's account and click Purchases > Find the purchase > click on the three dots > View Order.

Under Order History, you will have the option to view or send the tax invoice. The Send Tax Invoice button will send an email to the address on their account. The invoice will be an attachment to the email.

Below is an example of what the Tax Invoice will look like. The Tax Invoice email will say, "Attached to this email is the Invoice PDF for the purchase placed for Order #XYZ made at "studio name." Please keep the Invoice for your records."
