Activation

Credit packages activate immediately upon purchase. Once active, customers can use the credits right away to book eligible classes.

Gift cards for credit packages, however, activate on the date and time they're redeemed.

Expiration

Reserving and Canceling

Customers can reserve classes beyond the expiration date as long as the reservation is made before the credit expires and is within the booking window range.

For example, if a package expires on June 1, a customer can book a class on June 5 as long as the booking was made on or before June 1.

If a customer cancels a class after their credit package has expired, they won’t receive the credit back.

Timing

Expiration timing varies depending on how the credit package was issued, purchased, complimentary, or migrated. Knowing these differences helps prevent confusion when credits appear to expire at different times.

Purchased Credit Packages

For purchased packages, the expiration date is based on the expiration setting on the package and the exact purchase (local) date and time.

If a package is set to expire in 3 days, the credits will expire 72 hours after purchase.
For example, if purchased on April 26 at 5:00 PM, the credits expire on April 29 at 5:00 PM.

Complimentary Credit Packages

Complimentary credits expire at midnight local time on the selected expiration date, the very start of that day.
For example, if a comp credit is set to expire on Friday the 17th, it will expire at 12:00 AM on the 17th.

Migrated Credit Packages

Migrated credits expire at midnight UTC, which can cause them to expire the day before the listed expiration date in some time zones.

For example, midnight UTC on March 25 equals 5:00 PM PDT on March 24.
