Credit expiration dates can be extended or adjusted while they are still available for use.
Begin by pulling up the customer's account > Credits > the ellipsis menu next to the credit package you would like to change > Edit Credit.
Set the credit's expiration to the desired date. To expire a credit, set the expiration date to today or a date in the past.
When the expiration is adjusted, the credit package will expire at midnight local time at the start of the date chosen.
Once a credit package has expired, it can not be extended. Use the "give credit" function to add credits to a customer's account.
Additionally, credits tied to limited memberships cannot be rolled over or extended into the next billing cycle. As a workaround, consider issuing complimentary credits to compensate for expiring ones, if appropriate for your business policy.
