Gift cards for credit packages will activate upon the date it is redeemed.
Therefore, if a gift card for a credit package carries a one-year expiration, the credit package will expire one year from the date the gift card is redeemed in the recipient's account, not the date it is purchased.
When redeeming a credit package gift card, the Credit Type will display on the customer's account and their reservations, not the Credit Package name. The Credit Package name will display on the Gift Card Redemption report.
