    • See the value of the conversions

  • Understand the Lifetime Value (LTV) of customers who first purchased an Intro Offer

Understanding the Report

The first part of the report shows the overall performance around Intro Offers. This includes

  • Intro Offers sold: Count of Intro Offer Orders within the Date Range Selected

  • Converted: Indicates that after purchasing an Intro Offer, the customer made a follow-up purchase of either a Membership or Credit Package

  • Conversion Rate: Calculated by dividing the number of customers who converted by the total number of customers who purchased an intro offer.

  • Value of Conversions: Total revenue from customers' first Membership or Credit Package purchases following their Intro Offer.

  • LTV (Lifetime Value): Revenue from Intro Offer onwards for each Intro Offer sold. This indicates how well your Intro Offers generate long-term revenue for your studio.

The Top 3 Intro Offers table shows the 3 Intro Offers that have been sold the most. It includes the following metrics:

  • Sold: Count of Intro Offers sold (refunded or non-completed orders are not counted)

  • Value of Intro Offers Sold: Sum of the revenue from the Intro Offers sold (Tax Excl).

  • Converted to Credit Pack: Total Intro Offers sold which converted to a Credit Package.

  • Credit Pack Value: Revenue of the converted Credit Packages

  • Converted to Membership: Count of Intro Offers sold which converted to a Membership.

  • Memberships Initial Value: Revenue of the first Membership Interval Payment that converted..

  • Total Conversions: Converted to Credit Package + Converted to Membership

  • Total Conversions value: Credit Package Value + Memberships Initial Value

  • Avg days to convert: Average number of days between the intro offer order date and the conversion item order date.

  • Conversion %: Total Conversions / Intro Offers sold

The widget on the left displays a Sankey diagram that illustrates the initial and final status of an Intro Offer sale. If the Intro Offer does not convert, it flows to the “No Conversion” field; otherwise, it transitions to the conversion product labeled “Product Type - Product Name.” Hovering over the widget reveals the total number of Intro Offers or converted items sold, as well as the count of flows between each status.

The widget on the right features a pie chart showing the percentage breakdown of Intro Offer products based on the sales count.

The following bar charts show the total number of Intro Offers Sold (left) and the Revenue from those sales (right) by month, for the last 12 months. If your studio only sells free Intro Offers the right bar plot will be empty.

The following bar charts show the Conversion Rate % (left) and the Revenue from Intro Offers (green) + Conversion Item (purple) (right), for the last 12 months. If your studio only sells free intro offers, the green bar will be empty, but you will see revenue from the conversions.

The Date Filter does not apply to any bar of the bar charts.
