The Intro Offer Conversion report provides detailed information on studio customers who have purchased an Intro Offer and have been converted.

The report is available for Membership and Credit Package Intro Offers.

Before diving into the report, it is important to understand how a converted customer is defined. A converted customer will be anyone who has purchased an Intro Offer and then purchases a subsequent credit package or membership.

There are a few purchase scenarios that would classify a customer as not converted:

  • When a customer buys an Intro Offer and then buys a single drop in credit, they will not be converted because it only leads to a single visit.

  • When a customer buys an Intro Offer and then buys a guest-only option, they will not be converted because the pricing option is not for them

  • When a customer buys an Intro Offer and then buys a pricing option priced at $0, they will not be converted.

    • When the first membership interval is $0 and the other intervals have a price greater than 0, the customer would be considered converted.

  • When a customer buys an Intro Offer and then buys another Intro Offer, the customer will not be converted.

    • The customer will be converted when the customer buys a credit or membership after the second Intro offer.
