Intro Offers allow your studio to sell, track, and take action on customers to check out your studio.

Intro Offers are available on Membership Contracts and Credit Packages. 

Video: How do I configure an Intro Offer?

To create an Intro Offer, go to Products &gt; Credit Packages or Membership Contracts to create a new one or edit an existing one.

Complete all needed fields and enable the Intro Offer toggle.

When toggled on, you will have 3 options available to you:

First Timers Only (Anyone with no reservation history can buy this offer once.) Customers with any prior reservations, including free classes, are ineligible.

Anyone who has not previously purchased this intro offer (Anyone who has not purchased this offer before can buy this offer once.)

Everyone (Anyone can buy this offer.)

1. If you have multiple Intro Offers (e.g., a 2-for-1 and a 2-week unlimited), restrictions apply per offer. A client who purchased one offer can still buy another, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria for that specific offer.
