Understanding the Report

The Conversion Funnel will give a visualization of when someone created an account at your studio and the actions they took.

  • Leads: The number of people who have created an account during the selected timeframe

  • First Class Booked: The percentage of Leads who booked their first class.

  • First Timers: The percentage of First Class Booked that have been attended and checked into their first class

  • Credit Pack Customers: The percentage of First Timers that purchased a Credit Package.

  • Members: The percentage of First Timers who purchased a Membership.

Using the example below, in the last 30 days, there have been 314 Leads or accounts created. 45% or 142 of those Leads have booked into a class. Out of the 142, 42% or 60 Leads are considered First Timers because they attended a class and have been checked in. Of the 60 First Timers, 18% or 11 have purchased a Credit Package, and 42% or 25 have purchased a Membership.

The bottom table will give you details on the Leads. The customer's information will only show in one of the categories.

  • Leads: The number of people who have created an account during the selected timeframe and have not been moved into another category.

    • The list of names will not total the number of Leads on the Funnel. This is because the customer has performed an action that will move them into another category. The list will only include those who have created an account and have not moved down the Funnel.

    • Columns included:
