How do I use the "Expiring Intro Offers" Report?

The Expiring Intro Offers report lists customers who purchased an Intro Offer.

The report is available for Membership and Credit Package Intro Offers.

This report is useful for:

  • Viewing customers who have purchased an Intro Offer

  • Viewing when the Intro Offer is expiring or running low on usage

Pulling up the Report

Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Intro Offers > Expiring Intro Offers > View.

Specify the time frame from the date picker.

Apply any additional filters.


Understanding the Report

The Expiring Intro Offers report includes:

  1. Last Name: Customer's last name

  2. First Name: Customer's first name

  3. Email: Customer's email address

  4. Phone: Customer's phone number

  5. Intro Offer: Name of intro offer purchased by the customer

  6. Intro Purchase Date: Date that the intro offer was purchased

  7. Intro Expiration Date: Date that the intro offer will expire

  8. Days Until Expiration: How many days until the intro offer will expire (in UTC timezone)

  9. Usages Remaining: Number of credits or membership usages remaining

  10. Guest Usages Remaining: Number of guest usages remaining

    1. Only available on the Expiring Intro Offer Memberships report

  11. Classes Taken on Intro: Number of classes the customer took using the intro offer

    1. For Membership Intro Offers, this is the sum of customer classes and guest classes

  12. Next Visit Date: The next reservation date for the customer using the intro offer

  13. Conversion Purchase: The name of a subsequent Credit Package or Membership the customer purchased that is not tagged as an intro offer. If this field is blank, the customer has not purchased any additional Credit Package or Membership beyond their initial intro offer.

  14. Intro Purchase Location: The location where the intro offer was purchased.
