Email gift cards can be scheduled to be sent at a specific date and time, rather than immediately after purchase. This includes cash and credit package gift cards. This option is available in:

Web and mobile browsers
This feature is in Early Access, with a full release coming soon.
At this time, scheduling gift cards is not available on mobile apps.
When an email gift card is added to a cart, select Choose date and time and select the date and time. When selecting the time, the email will be sent in the studio's time zone, not the recipient's.
In the cart, review the scheduled time before completing the checkout process.
Once the payment has been approved, the email gift card will be scheduled for delivery. The customer will be charged at checkout, not when the gift card is delivered.
The email will be sent as the Gift Card Notification Transactional Email.
Edit Send Schedule
To edit the date or time an Email Gift Card is sent, go to the customer’s account > Purchases > three-dot icon > View Order.
From the Order screen, click Edit.
You can edit:
Recipient’s Name
Email Address
Message
Date/Time
Click Save Changes.
You can use the Send Now option to override the schedule and send immediately.
Email Status
Under Purchases on a customer's profile, email gift cards will show if they are scheduled to be delivered or if they have been delivered:
