To sell a gift card, open the POS system in your studio location.
Search for the customer purchasing the gift card by name or email, or if they do not have an account select "New Customer" and create an account for the customer.
Select the Gift Card Product Type or use the search option to find the one needed
Account balance cannot be utilized to purchase gift cards for cash value.
Physical Gift Card
If purchasing a physical gift card, you will be prompted to enter a Redemption Code that must be utilized upon activation. These codes are typically located on the back of the card. Barcodes and magnetic strips are not accepted.
Gift card redemption codes are case-sensitive and have a 225-character limit.
Email Gift Card
If the customer purchases an email gift card, enter the Recipient Name, Email, and Custom Message.
Upon check-out, the recipient will be notified via email of their gift card including their redemption code.
