How can I bulk extend the credit package expiration?

Yes, credit packages can be extended in bulk with help from support.

Bulk extension for credit packages lets your studio update the expiration date for multiple credit packages at once. The extension will be based on the credit packages, not a customer list.

Once a credit package has expired, it can not be extended.

Initiate Bulk Request

Bulk credit expiration extension must be initiated by support. A studio admin needs to contact Mariana Tek support and include the following:

  • Business reason for the extension

  • New credit package expiration date

    • When the expiration is adjusted, the credit package will expire at midnight local time at the start of the date chosen.

While support approves your request, locate which credit packages you would like to extend. Record the following information and make sure it's listed the same as within Mariana Tek:

  • Credit package name

  • Package ID: located in Products > Credit > Packages > select the correct ones > find ID in the URL.

Once approved, support will provide a form for you to complete. Bulk requests take 2–3 business days to process and are not completed on weekends or holidays. Support will notify you once the extension has been completed
