When a customer wants to make a purchase but does not have an account, you have two options:
Create a new account for the customer, allowing the transaction to be tracked accurately.
Use a studio-specific walk-in account if the customer prefers not to create an account.
Customers purchasing credits or memberships must create their account. Walk-in or shared accounts cannot be used for these purchase types.
Studio-specific Walk-in Account
We highly recommend creating a dedicated walk-in customer account for each studio location. This makes it easier to track and report on non-member transactions.

(Note: The email does not need to be active to use the account.)
Do not save any personal or payment information under the walk-in account.
Processing a Walk-In Purchase
Click the POS button in the top-right corner of the screen.
On the Find User screen:
If the customer wants to create an account, click "New Customer".
Fill in the required fields and click "Create Account" to proceed with the sale.
If the customer does not want to create an account:
Use your studio’s designated walk-in account instead of the "Walk-In Sale" button.
Select the product(s) for purchase.
Be sure to include any applicable variant information (e.g., size, color, session type).
Proceed to checkout and enter the customer’s payment information.
