How do I check a customer into class?

The check-in process for customers may vary depending on your class configuration or whether you're using the Biz App. Below are the different ways to check customers into their reservations.


First-Come-First-Serve Layout

If you are using an FCFS layout, navigate to the class and select Check In next to the customer name.

Pick-A-Spot Layout

If you are using a PAS layout, navigate to the class.

List View:

Find the customer and click the check-in button next to their name.

Map View

In map view, click the checkmark in the top corner of their spot. Additionally, you can click on the Spot and select Check In. The square will change colors, acknowledging they are checked in.

Biz App

From the Biz App, go to Schedule and click on the intended class. Click on the reservation and select Check In.
