The method to move a standby user to class differs depending on whether the class layout is "pick a spot" or "first come first serve".

To move a standby user to class, click Assign.

For FCFS layouts, the user will be automatically moved into the class.

For PAS layouts, select the spot you would like to move the user into > Add to Class.

Select the customer on standby > click Assign and select the spot.
