From time to time, a customer may want to switch their spot in the class. They may want to swap to an open spot, or maybe they are switching with someone already reserved in a different spot. Spots can easily be switched as needed in a Pick-A-Spot layout.
Swapping Spots from List View:
Navigate to the class where you would like to swap spots.
Click the ellipsis menu to the right of the customer you would like to move > Swap Spots.
A list of all spots in the class will open. To view only open and held spots, click Show only open and held spots > click the spot you would like to swap the customer into.
Swapping Spots from Map View:
From the class roster in map view, click the customer you would like to move > Swap Spots.
Click the spot where you would like to move the customer.
Swapping Spots from the Biz App
To swap a customer's spot on the Biz App, click their reservation on the class roster. It will bring up more information about the customer and a button to Swap their spot.
You will be brought to the screen to choose a new spot for the customer. There is a toggle to show Only Open and Held Spots. Choose which spot you want the customer to swap them to and click Save.
