When a piece of equipment breaks or you wish to make a space unavailable for customers in a more permanent way than a hold, you can make spots unavailable in class. Making a spot unavailable prevents anyone from using the spot until the spot is made available again, so employees can't reserve the spot, move someone from the waitlist into the spot, and customers will not be able to reserve the spot online.ย

In addition, the capacity of the class is reduced by each spot made "unavailable".
