ClassPass reservations are converted automatically to the customer's account if the customer has an existing account at your studio and their account email matches their ClassPass email.
If email addresses do not match, the reservation will fail to convert automatically and will require manual action by the staff. Click here for steps on manually converting ClassPass reservations.
When verifying if a customer's account has been converted, you can check the Reservations report, which will surface customer accounts' ClassPass reservations that were converted.
Navigate to Reports > Utilization > View (under Reservations).
Specify the date range in the date picker > select More Filters to apply any additional filters.
The Guest Email column will provide you with the email address sent from ClassPass. The Customer ID, Email, and Name will provide you with the information on the account that the ClassPass reservation was converted to.
The Guest Email is listed based on their ClassPass account.
The Payer will be ClassPass.
The Customer columns will surface the information on the Mariana Tek account it was converted to.
