Third-party booking software (ClassPass, FitReserve, and Wellhub) reservations will be converted automatically to the customer's account if the customer already has an account at your studio and their account email matches their booking software email.
Example:
"Guest of ClassPass" will be displayed to the right indicating their reservation was booked through ClassPass.
Unconverted Third-Party Booking Software Users
If a customer makes a reservation with third-party booking software and...
their email does not match the email address associated with their studio account,
they do not have an account with your studio,
their reservation has not previously been converted to an account,
you'll see the name they entered in the other software on the roster with "Unconverted guest of SOFTWARE" to the right with their booking software email displayed.
In addition, reservations made with third-party booking software (ClassPass, FitReserve, and Wellhub) will include a reservation tag:
Converting Third-Party Booking Software Users
To convert a third-party booking software user, select the ellipsis (...) next to the guest > Convert Guest > find their account OR create one on their behalf if one doesn’t already exist.
*Note: If the third-party booking software has supplied the first and last name, those along with the email will be prefilled in the customer creation form.
Once a customer has been converted, all future reservations by that customer will automatically continue to auto-convert to that same account for any future reservations.
If the customer has been converted to an account previously, Mariana Tek will automatically convert the reservation to that same customer’s account moving forward.
For Wellhub reservations, the email must match in Wellhub and Mariana Tek to automatically convert. For Classpass reservations, they will continue to automatically convert even if the email's do not match.
The first time the converted customer logs into any customer-facing application, they will be prompted to agree to the TOS & Waiver, noting that if they are already logged in, they won't be prompted until they log out.
