With our booking limits feature, you can limit the number of reservations made with a specific credit (or membership!) type(s) within a class.
You MUST configure the free credit that you will give out complimentary as a credit type to put limits on how many can be booked into a class.
You cannot simply limit credits that are labeled “Complimentary” within a customer’s profile.
To limit the number of free credits booked within a class, you would first create a credit type called “Free Credit” or something similar so that it is easily recognizable.
You would only give out the “Free Credit” whenever you need to provide a complimentary credit to customers. (See below).
Once you create the “Free Credit” type, you’d then create a booking limit to restrict this credit type in classes. The example below would limit the Free Credit to four total reservations per class.
Next, navigate to the class(es) that you want to limit the free credit and pull up the editing modal. Scroll down to Advance Settings to add the “Free Credit Limit” in the Booking Limit field and click Update class.
