How do I pull up a report on ClassPass reservations?

Use the Reservations report to find all ClassPass reservations.

The Reservations report allows visibility of reservations made with ClassPass within a specified date range.

  1. From the left panel, select Reports > Utilization > Reservations > View from the Reservations selection.

  2. Select the date picker to specify the date range and apply any additional filters.

  3. All ClassPass reservations will display with the Payer Email as "classpass@classpass.com" and the Payer Name as "Class Pass" if the customer does not have a converted account.

    If a ClassPass customer's account was converted, the Payer Name will display their name with the email "classpass@classpass.com" as the Payer Email.

  4. Export the report and filter for only ClassPass reservations from the downloaded file.
