The Utilization by Instructor by Day report surfaces the day-to-day comparison of instructor utilization, where each day is represented by its own row.
This report is useful for:
Viewing an instructor's utilization for a specific day(s) of classes.
Pulling up the Report
Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Utilization > Utilization by Instructor by Day > View.
Specify the date range from the date picker.
Apply any additional filters.
With multiple locations, you must filter by location for specific studio utilization numbers.
Select Generate Report and, if necessary, export the data.
Understanding the Report
The Utilization by Instructor by Day report:
Instructor: Name of instructor.
Date: Date of instructor's class.
Pending + Check-In: Number of pending reservations and check-ins for the given date.
Utilization: The percentage of check-ins/capacity.
Penalty Cancel + Penalty No Show: Number of penalty cancellations and penalty no-shows for the selected timeframe.
Reservations + Penalties: Number of reservations and penalties for the selected timeframe.
Utilization w/Penalties: The percentage of (the number of checkins + penalty no shows + penalty cancels) / capacity.
Capacity: The sum of the instructor's class capacities for the given date.
Number of Classes: Number of classes the instructor taught for a given date.
Average Attendance: Average number of attendance for the class(s) the instructor taught on a given date.
