How do I use the Employee Payroll report?

The Employee Payroll report surfaces recorded shifts for the selected date range.

This report is useful for:

  • Viewing the total hours logged for hourly employees.

  • Viewing the shifts of employees at a specific studio location.

  • Viewing the shifts of employees in a specific region.

Only shifts recorded through the Time Clock feature in Admin will be displayed in the report.


Pulling Up the Report

  1. Navigate to Reports from the left menu > Operations > Employee Payroll.

  2. Specify the time frame from the date picker.

  3. Apply any additional filters.

    • Filter options:

      • Shift Location

      • Shift Region

  4. Click Generate Report and, if necessary, Export the report.


Understanding the Report

The Employee Payroll report includes:

  1. Employee ID: The ID generated by the system

  2. Employee Name: Name of employee

  3. Shift Start Date: Date of the recorded shift

  4. Location: Studio location of the recorded shift

  5. Start: Shift start time when the "Clock In" button was clicked

  6. End: Shift end time when the "Clock Out" button was clicked

  7. Total Shift Time: Shift time calculated to hours (1 min = 0.0166667 hrs)

  8. Shift Hours: Hours recorded

  9. Shift Minutes: Minutes recorded
