The Instructor Payroll report lists your instructors' classes for the selected date range.
This report is useful for:
Calculating instructor payroll.
Viewing the number of check-ins and no-showed reservations for an instructor's class.
Only classes with a reservation history will appear in the instructor payroll report, even if no one checked in. You can view reservation details in the class attendance log.
Classes with no sign-ups and no reservation history will not display in the report. To see all classes, including those with zero reservations, use the Class Session Utilization Details report.
Pulling Up the Report
Navigate to Reports from the left menu > Operations > Instructor Payroll > View.
Specify the time frame from the date picker.
Apply any additional filters.
Filter options:
Location
Instructor
Region
Class Type
Credit
Membership
Class Cancelled
True = Class was cancelled
False = Class was not cancelled
*Note: When multiple filters are selected, the filters become an "AND" statement.
Click Generate Report and, if necessary, Export the report.
Understanding the Report
The Instructor Payroll report includes 14 data fields:
Class ID: The ID generated by the system
Instructor Display Name(s): Display name of the instructor in public-facing schedules.
Instructor First Name(s)
Instructor Last Name(s)
Employee ID: The ID generated by the system
Is Substitute?:
True = Is a substitute for the class
False = Not a substitute for the class
Class Date
Class Time
Class Day Of Week: Monday - Sunday
Location: Studio location
Class Type: Type of class (i.e. Bootcamp, Yoga, etc.)
Checked In Reservations: Number of checked-in reservations
No Showed Reservation: Number of no-showed reservations
Only includes penalty no-shows. Refer to the Class Session Utilization Details report to view penalty late cancellations
Class Capacity: Total class capacity (dependent on the layout of the class - any unavailable spot(s))
