If the Payment Used column in the Attendance Log says "Migration Admin" it means that this reservation was migrated over from another platform. On the customer account, the payment method will show blank for this reservation.
Additionally, Migration Admin reservations are not charged automatic penalty fees and do not charge the customer with a "usage" of their credit package or limited-use membership. If the studio would like to charge fees for any no-shows/late canceled reservations made for Migrated Admin reservations, it will need to be done manually.
