If a guest doesn't show up to their reservation, any configured penalties will apply to the studio member who booked the reservation on behalf of the guest.
If the reservation was made with a membership and your studio has fees configured, the penalty fee will apply.
If the reservation was booked with a credit package, the package holder will lose the credit, be charged a penalty fee, or both. This is determined by the credit package setting.
To avoid any penalties, the account holder can cancel the reservation on behalf of the guest before the late-cancellation window.
If the system automatically converts the guest's account via their email, the guest can cancel their reservation by logging into their account.
