How do I use the Class Session Payment Details report?

The Class Session Payment Details report displays the numerical breakdown of reservations booked with credits and memberships for each class. If a class is not showing on the Class Session Payment Details report, it means that the class had zero reservations.

This report is useful for:

  • Viewing which classes are popular with members vs credit holders.

Pulling up the Report

  1. Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Utilization > Class Session Payment Details > View.

  2. Specify the date range from the date picker.

  3. Apply any additional filters.

  4. Select Generate Report and, if necessary, export the data.

Understanding the Report

The Class Session Payment Details report includes 18 data fields:

  1. Location: Studio location.

  2. Class Date: Date of class.

  3. Class Time: Time of class.

  4. Class Day of Week: Monday-Sunday.

  5. Instructors: Name of instructor (if listed).

  6. Classroom: Classroom is configured for the class.

  7. Class Tags: Class tags are configured for the class.

  8. Class Type: Class type (i.e. bootcamp, yoga, cycling, etc.) configured for the class.

  9. Membership Checked In Reservations: Number of reservations made with memberships that were checked in.

  10. Membership Grace Cancelled Reservations: Number of reservations made with memberships that were grace-cancelled.

  11. Membership Penalty Cancelled Reservations: Number of reservations made with memberships that were late-cancelled and penalized.

  12. Membership Grace No Showed Reservations: Number of reservations made with memberships that received a graced no-show.

  13. Membership Penalty No Showed Reservations: Number of reservations made with memberships that were no-showed and penalized.

  14. Credit Checked In Reservations: Number of reservations made with credits that were checked in.

  15. Credit Grace Cancelled Reservations: Number of reservations made with credits that were grace-cancelled.

  16. Credit Penalty Cancelled Reservations: Number of reservations made with credits that were late-cancelled and penalized.

  17. Credit Grace No Showed Reservations: Number of reservations made with credits that received a grace no-show.

  18. Credit Penalty No Showed Reservations: Number of reservations made with credits that were no-showed and penalized.

FitReserve will appear as a membership.

  • ClassPass will not appear in this report.
