When a customer who does not have any payment options available picks a spot but has not completed the reservation process, it is possible another customer could select the same spot and complete the reservation process. We do not hold a spot for the customer during the booking process. The spot will be saved to a customer when they click the reserve button and see the message 'Congrats! You're Booked' confirmation page.

The following scenarios will encourage the customer to finish their reservations should their original spot get booked during the booking and buying process.

Spot is Unavailable

If a customer loses their spot to another customer and if there are other spots available, the payment option they selected will be purchased, and the customer is brought back to the map to select a new spot.

Once the consumer picks their new spot, their new payment options appear in the 'Pay With' dropdown, and the customer can confirm their spot.

Spot is Unavailable and Class is Full

If the customer loses their spot to another customer and the class is full, the payment option will be purchased and added to their account. The consumer is then brought back to the schedule to select a new class.

Class is Full and Standby Available

If the customer loses their spot to another customer and there are only standby spots available, the payment option is purchased and the customer is asked to confirm their reservation, noting that their spot will be assigned in class.

Class is Full and Waitlist Available

If the customer loses their spot to another customer and there are only waitlist spots available, the payment option is purchased and the customer is brought to the schedule and encouraged to join the waitlist.
