With the Change Spots feature, customers can seamlessly change their initial spot to another open spot in the class from the iOS and Android app. This feature is not available via the website.

Customers can only change their spot to another open spot in the class. Customers can not change their spots to spots held (manually or auto-held if there are cancelations and a waitlist) or unavailable.

Once a customer is checked in, they can no longer change their spot.

If you’d like to enable, disable, or change your Change Spot settings, log in as an Admin user and go to Configuration > Locations > Edit Location by the needed location > Location Settings > Reservation Settings.

The Change Spots feature can be enabled on a studio-by-studio basis.

Customers can Change Spots on any reservation they've made. For example, someone who made a reservation for a guest can change the spot of their guest's reservation.

If a reservation for a guest has been converted to the guest's account, the guest will see that reservation in their account and be able to change the spot for their reservation.

This feature can be disabled or enabled for ClassPass customers on a location-specific basis.  If this feature is enabled for ClassPass, only ClassPass reservations converted to the customer’s account within the Mariana Tek can change their spots.  If their reservation is not synced with an existing account in Mariana Tek, and their name appears as “Guest of ClassPass” on the roster, they can not change their spot.

To enable, disable, or change your Third Party Change Spots settings, go to Configuration > Locations > Edit Location by the needed location > Location Settings > Third Party Change Spots.

Wellhub and FitReserve reservations converted to the customer’s account within Mariana Tek can change their spots. If their reservation is not synced with an existing account in the Mariana Tek platform, and their name appears as “Guest of Wellhub/FitReserve” on the roster, they can not change their spot.
