If you want to make adjustments for one or more employees during a payroll period, follow these steps on the dashboard:
Click on the Shift tab on the dashboard.
If you want to sort the shifts you want to make adjustments to using criteria such as the worker, class type, or date range, you can use the filter located on the Shift page above.
Next, select the shift or shifts for which you want to make adjustments.
Click on Edit Compensation located above the selected shifts.
In the dropdown menu that appears on the screen, select Pay Rate to choose the desired pay rate from the defined pay rates for this shift.
If you also want to add a bonus, manually enter the bonus amount by clicking on the + sign, and ensure it applies to these shifts.
To save the changes, click Save Edits. The selected shifts will be automatically updated.
