Jebra's Flex Payroll automation has an analytics tab that displays insightful graphs. A dashboard is embedded into each payroll period to help you to track your KPIs. Here you can find the details of the analytical graphs:

Employee earnings per attendee

Employee Earnings ÷ Checked-In Reservations

Employee earnings per attendee helps you understand the revenue generated per attendee. This data can be used to optimize pricing and payment structures to maximize revenue and instructor satisfaction.

Attendance Rate

100 × (Checked-In Reservations ÷ Capacity)

Attendance Rate measures how well classes are filled. A high rate can indicate successful marketing or high demand, while a low rate might suggest issues. It's important because it helps you assess class popularity and marketing effectiveness.

Employee earnings per class

Employee Earnings ÷ Number Of Classes

Employee earnings per class helps studios ensure that they are offering competitive compensation in line with industry standards.

Cancellation Rate

100 × (Cancellations ÷ (Checked-In Reservations + Cancellations))

The Cancellation Rate allows you to monitor cancellations in your classes. This information can help identify customer pain points or scheduling challenges, enabling you to make timely interventions and improve customer satisfaction.

Employee earnings missed by cancellations

Employee Earnings Per Attendee × Cancellations

Employee earnings missed by cancellations highlight missed opportunities in instructor earnings due to class cancellations. It prompts studios to refine scheduling, class content, and operational strategies to minimize these losses.

No-show Rate

100 × (No-Shows ÷ (Checked-In Reservations + No-Shows))

No-show Rate evaluates the number of attendees who book but don't show up for classes. This data can lead to improved communication or policy changes to reduce no-shows and enhance overall customer experience.

Bonus as a percentage of earnings

100 × (Class Bonus ÷ Total Earnings For The Class)

Bonus as a percentage of earnings reflects the significance of bonuses in the overall earnings of instructors. It is crucial in motivating and incentivising instructors to perform at their best.

Bonus per attendee

Bonus ÷ Checked-In Reservations

Bonus per attendee reflects the role of bonuses in the overall earnings of instructors. It influences their motivation and performance, making it a key metric to track.

Bonus per class

Class Bonus ÷ Number Of Classes

Bonus per class provides an average of how much instructors typically earn as a bonus for each class. This metric helps studios gauge if their bonus structure is competitive and attractive to instructors.
