How can studio customers add a widget to their mobile devices?

With widgets, your customers can get quick access to information about their daily class reservations right on their mobile device home screen.

To get started, your customers must be on the latest version of your mobile app. Then, the widget can be added.

The widget will refresh every time the app is opened or every 30 minutes. Based on the customer's reservation, the widget will display the following:

  • Upcoming Reservations View: Displays upcoming reservations, ensuring users are always know of their next class.

    • If it is a Pick-A-Spot Layout, the spot number will display.

  • Check-in Reminders: Users receive timely check-in reminders ahead of class, so everyone can stay focused on the upcoming workout!

  • Pick-A-Spot: After checking in to your reservation, the Spot Number will display as a reminder.

  • Quick Schedule Access for Booking: No reservation for today? Easily access class schedules straight from the widget for a smoother booking experience.
