How do I use the Insights Sales Dashboard?

The Insights Sales Dashboard will give you a quick visualization of trends for your studio.

This Dashboard is useful for:

  • Viewing sales from the previous day, including Total Sales and number of Memberships or Credits Sold

  • Finding the Top-Selling Products

  • Viewing total sales by Product Category

  • Seeing which Employees had the most sales

  • Knowing the percentage of Sales Growth by Location


Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Reports > Insights > Business Performance > Sales Dashboard.

  2. Use the Filters to select a date range and locations.


Understanding the Dashboard

  • Yesterday's Sales: divided into Total Sales, Credits Sold, and Memberships Sold.

    • The percentage is the change from the previous year on this date.

  • Top Sold Product: Product name and the number of times it was sold during the timeframe

  • Sales by Product Category: The total sales by each Product Category. This list will be sorted by the highest sales amount

  • Top Selling Employees: Total Sales by each employee during the filter timeframe.

  • Sales Growth by Location: Your Top and Bottom Sales locations during the filter timeframe

    • Amount: Total Sales for the filter timeframe

    • Previous Period Amount: Total Sales of the previous year using the same dates

    • Growth: The percentage of change between the current timeframe and the previous one
