The Sales by Product report surfaces total sales by product within a specified date range.

This report is useful for:

  • Viewing the summary data of products sold and refunded within a date range.

  • Viewing the most popular products sold within a date range.

  • Viewing the total dollar amount collected by product within a date range.

Pulling up the Report

  1. Navigate to Reports from the left panel > Sales > Sales by Product > View.

  2. Specify the time frame from the date picker.

The populated data is dependent on the Transaction Date for a specified time frame, not the Order Date.

Apply any additional filters.

  • Selecting multiple options within one filter type uses OR logic.

    • E.g., Product Type > Clothing and Accessories shows orders for clothing OR accessories

  • Selecting options across different filter types uses AND logic.

    • E.g., Product Type > Clothing and Accessories AND Fulfillment Location > Santa Monica shows clothing or accessories at Santa Monica
