The Insights Bill on Start Membership will help get more information on your pre-sale process.

This report is useful for:

  • Viewing memberships that were sold to bill on start, but haven't been charged customer yet

  • Tracking pre-sales to incentivize sales associates and optimize membership strategies


Accessing the Report

  1. Navigate to Insights from the left panel.

    1. Your user must have permission to Insights to access the Insights Bill on Start Membership report

  2. On the Insights left panel, navigate to Business Performance > Bill on Start Memberships.

  3. Use the Filters for Location, Broker, Membership Contract, and Payment Order Status.


Understanding the Report

  • Location: The location where the Membership Contract was sold

  • Order Number

  • Order Status: Deferred or Completed

  • Membership Contract:

  • Customer Name

  • Broker Name

    • If the name is the same as the Customer Name, the person purchased it from the app or website.

    • If the name is different, this means an Employee processed the transaction for the Membership

  • Total Without Tax
