To make a reservation for a customer on the Biz app, go to the Schedule > click on the class > click one of the "+" to reserve a spot.

Search for the customer and click the customer to bring up the reservation options.

Choose the customer's applicable payment methods > click Reserve.

To check the customer in, click their profile picture. Once they are checked in, a green check mark appear on their profile picture.

Studio employees cannot use the Biz app to make customer reservations. The biz app requires a payment option to complete a reservation, which free classes do not use.

If you try to make a reservation for a free class in the Biz app, you’ll see this message: "Selling payment options is not available in the app at this time. Please use Mariana Admin.”
