How do I create a new credit package?

A Credit Package is a collection of credits that can be used to make a reservation. Before creating a Credit Package, you must have an active Credit Type.

Start by navigating to Products > Credits > Credit Package > New Package.

Complete the following fields

  • Name: This is what employees and customers will see.

  • To make it for sale immediately in your POS, select "Active". To keep it hidden from the POS, select "Inactive".

  • Description: Will display on the Buy Page

  • Credit Type

  • Price

  • Quantity: Number of credits that will be sold in the package.

  • Expiration: How long after a purchase does the customer have to make a reservation with the credits

  • Email or Physical Gift Card: Will create a Gift Card version of the package

  • Agreements: Customers are required to sign any selected agreement(s) before purchasing a credit

Once you click save the Credit Package will appear in your POS making them available for sale. It does NOT put the product on your website's buy page.
