The waitlist removal window is the time after a class when customers will be automatically removed from the waitlist and will be returned their credit or membership usage for a future booking. Our system will run an hourly job on the 10-minute mark to look for eligible waitlist reservations for removal.
For example, if a class ends at 8 AM and the removal window is 30 min, customers are eligible for removal at 8:30 AM. That means they will not be removed until our 9:10 AM job runs.
This is a business-wide setting and applies to all of your studios and classes.
