Yes! Sometimes the waitlist for classes can get quite long. If too long, there’s little to no chance customers at the end of the waitlist will get into the class, or you want to encourage them to book another time that has space.
Setting Capacity on Class
You can choose to set a maximum number of people who can add themselves to the waitlist when scheduling classes, when editing or creating a class > Advance Options > Waitlist Capacity.
If you select Unlimited, there is no cap on how many people can add themselves to the waitlist.
If 0 is entered, the class will not have a waitlist. In other words, no one can be added to the waitlist.
If set to any number greater than 1, that is the number of people who can be added to the waitlist.
You can’t lower the waitlist capacity below the current number of people on it. For example, if 12 people are on a 15-person waitlist, you must remove 2 people before reducing the capacity to 10.
Default Capactiy
Please contact support@marianatek.com, if you are interested in setting a default waitlist capacity for all of your studios in all classes. This number could be changed by editing the class, but it would populate as the default waitlist capacity for all new classes.

When a customer views the schedule and there is a class with a full waitlist, the class will say Waitlist Full:
